Loafers Lodge. Newtown. 2023.

The root cause? The money system itself.

The victims? Vulnerable, diverse and no doubt poor.

The response? Blame, regulation, punishment, cost, waste. Trauma.

For how long will we continue to accept these terrible events? Fires, floods, violence, impoverishment, sickness, suicide. The list is becoming endless. Every one of them originating in the toxic dysfunction of capitalism, maturing into blatant inequality, misery, loss and destruction.

And all of it completely unnecessary. We have the knowledge, the tools, the resources and the space.

Only by abandoning money will we arrest this terminal decline.

The overwhelming pressure from money forces people, against their will, to cut costs and cut corners.

Does anybody have the insight to see the origin of tragedies like these? It’s not complicated.

Or will we be told, no doubt by people who are not affected by their decisions, to be realistic?
